One Man Dies After Nighttime Head-On Accident in Woodlawn

A tragic head-on collision in Woodlawn left one person dead and another critically injured, according to Baltimore County Police.
Fox Baltimore reported that the crash took place late Saturday night and has since deeply affected the local community.
Police said the collision occurred around 10:45 p.m. near the intersection of Security Boulevard and Woodlawn Drive. According to the department’s Crash Team, a 2014 Ford Econoline E-350 was heading east when it collided with a 2022 Toyota Tundra that was attempting to make a left turn onto Woodlawn Drive.
The driver of the Ford, identified as 39-year-old Alexis Williams, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Toyota’s driver was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, WMAR2-News reported. Their name has not yet been released as the investigation remains ongoing.
