Three-Vehicle Waldorf Crash Includes Intrapment and Fuel Leak

WALDORF, Md. — A three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Crain Highway and Holly Lane triggered a significant emergency response Saturday afternoon, Dec. 20, 2025, after early reports suggested a person may have been trapped.

The crash was reported shortly after 3:30 p.m., with callers stating that one vehicle had overturned onto its side and was leaking fuel. First responders arrived to find several vehicles damaged, including one on its side, and an individual lying on the ground near the crash scene.

Fire and rescue crews established command and assessed the situation but later confirmed that no occupants were trapped inside the vehicles, allowing some units to be cleared from the scene.

A 56-year-old woman was evaluated by medical personnel and transported to UM Charles Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. No other individuals required hospital treatment.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by police.
