Pedestrian Struck and Killed while Laying in Roadway in Montgomery County

Tragedy struck in Montgomery County on Tuesday, July 11, when a pedestrian was fatally struck by a car. It appears that the driver of a Honda Civic struck someone who was laying in the roadway on Piccard Drive heading northbound around 5:10 in the morning.

As officers arrived at the gruesome scene, they discovered that the pedestrian had already passed away. It has now been confirmed that the individual who lost their life in this incident is 31-year-old Rajon Pierre Mozee. The community is in shock and mourning as they try to come to terms with this seemingly senseless loss. Montgomery County Police are actively investigating the incident, hopefully bringing forth some much-needed answers. Authorities are also urging anyone who may have information related to this incident to come forward and assist in bringing closure to the family and friends of the victim.
