Ford and Honda T-Bone Crash Injures Two in Lexington Park

On Monday, September 22, 2025, around 4:00 p.m., police, firefighters, and EMS responded to a motor vehicle crash with reported injuries at Three Notch Road and Hermanville Road in Lexington Park.
The incident was quickly classified as a serious collision after one patient was reported to be drifting in and out of consciousness.
Emergency crews arrived to find a T-bone style crash involving two vehicles. Two patients were evaluated, and a helicopter was requested to the scene.
The driver of the Ford pickup truck was treated at the scene and released. The adult female driver of the Honda sedan was airlifted by Maryland State Police Helicopter Trooper 7 to a nearby trauma center.
Troopers from the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack are investigating the crash. This marks the second recent serious collision linked to vehicles pulling out of the Blimpie’s parking lot and crossing multiple lanes of Three Notch Road.
