HUNTINGTOWN, Md. — On the morning of January 19, 2025, at approximately 9:09 a.m., emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash at the Route 2/4 split in Calvert County. Initial reports suggest that a pickup truck pulled out and collided with a car, injuring the occupants.

One female occupant of the car reported a loss of hearing in her left ear after the impact. A baby was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Both vehicles were damaged, and debris was scattered across the roadway.

Fire and EMS units from local departments arrived on the scene to assess and treat the injured.
