A Friday Morning Crash in Montgomery County Killed One

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md— Police are investigating a Friday morning crash in Montgomery County that left one person dead and sent two others to the hospital.
The collision occurred around 9 a.m. on Dec. 12 in the 900 block of Good Hope Road. Officers arrived to find two vehicles that had crashed, though details about what led to the incident remain limited.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second man and a juvenile who were in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital for treatment. Police said both are expected to recover.
Good Hope Road was shut down from Twig Road to Cape May Road as first responders worked at the scene.
The victim’s name has not been released.
