Victim not named; woman transported after Golden Beach Road crash

A two-vehicle crash in Charlotte Hall left a woman trapped and injured Monday afternoon.
The collision was reported around 3:45 p.m. on June 15, 2026, at Golden Beach Road and Triangle Drive. Emergency crews responded to a serious crash with entrapment involving a black Honda CR-V and a gray Hyundai Venue.
When first responders arrived, the Honda CR-V was on its side off the roadway, and an injured woman was trapped inside. She was conscious and breathing. Firefighters extricated her within minutes and transferred her to EMS.
Two patients were evaluated at the scene. The trapped woman was transported by ground to UM Capital Region Medical Center. Golden Beach Road was closed while crews worked.
