On Saturday afternoon, a Terra Alta man was involved in a fatal crash in Maryland. James Watson, of Westminster, was driving a Polaris Razer south in the northbound lane of Blooming Rose Road when he collided with a GMC Sierra being driven by 42-year-old Clayton Baker. Watson was pronounced dead at the scene, and Baker refused medical treatment. The Maryland State Police is investigating the accident.
