An 80-Year-Old Woman Dies After a West Baltimore Car Crash

An 80-year-old woman has died after a car crash in West Baltimore on Monday night.
Police say officers were called to the 2600 block of Druid Hill Avenue around 9:14 p.m. on September 29, where they found two vehicles with significant damage.
The woman, who had been driving one of the cars, was extricated from the vehicle and given medical treatment at the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital. She was later pronounced dead.
The Accident Investigation Unit is now handling the case.
