Incident Information

Troy McNeil, 52, of Arbutus, died Thursday night in a two-car collision on Washington Boulevard, Baltimore County Police said.

McNeil was driving a 2019 Chevy Malibu north on Washington Boulevard at 10 p.m. when his car rear-ended a 2012 Honda Pilot that was slowing down for a red light, police said. McNeil was pronounced dead on the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
